Successfully managed the statewide HIE through six consecutive years of sustainability and positive net revenue with zero state funding. Overhauled the underlying technology infrastructure to a modern cloud-based framework while scaling annual revenues past $5M.
Chief Technology Officer, VITL
Spearheaded the design and implementation of a comprehensive, statewide Clinical Master Data Management solution. Built a centralized data warehouse, terminology normalization engine, and business intelligence core to enable advanced population health metrics.
Statewide Architecture Architect
